Talon was born to Abigail and Emmett along with three other siblings who he holds no memory of, other than their scent. Not long after being brought into the world, Talon and two of his siblings developed pneumonia. He was the only one who did not recover in his one month of living. Believing he was going to die, his parents set him near the territory of the Renegades, hoping he would be accepted, raised, and eventually healthy. Before his parents departed, however, they left the frail pup the remains of a deer skull, which he now wears to cover and hide his face. This skull is also a very personal belonging to him and he is seen almost everywhere with it on. The only time he doesn't is when he is hiding or if his face is completely concealed and hidden. Not long after being left on the territory, he was taken in by the Renegades and, now healthy, happily learns to adapt to the life that they lead. Currently, he has taken the position of a Novice, training under Bruno to become a Cleric.

During his earlier youth, Talon was a shy individual, choosing not to speak unless he was spoken to first. This was a trait that carried over from his first family unit into his life with the Renegades. When he was accepted into their lifestyle, he kept relics from his first family life, including the fawn skull that his mother had left for him, growing especially attached to them as they held sentimental value. Eventually, as Talon grew and adapted to the pack's customs, he became more open with his packmates and was far more eager to speak of his own free will. This transition was marked by his replacing the deer skull with a full grown wolf skull, the former which he now uses to assist him with herbs.
Underneath his timid persona, Talon has proven to be quite a formal and polite individual, more specifically, with females, regardless of ranks with the exception of perhaps prisoners or slaves unless they've gained his trust. This formality is illustrated clearly by the titles he puts before their name: Miss. His respectful behavior ranges from a nod of the head to what might be considered a salute or a wave.
Talon is quite clever despite his age and uses this wit in a medicinal sense. As his wish is to become a Cleric, he uses his logical reasoning skills to create--or attempt to create--remedies or other mixes by combining different herbs. This intelligence and innate curiosity is what drives him to try and become better, even if it pushes him mentally or physically.
He is moreover a friendly individual who sees no problem with trying to help out even if his shyness and social anxiety hope to prevent him from doing so. He has made several friends and placed his trust in many members of his pack. Though certain things conflict with his strong moral compass, Talon attempts to be a voice of reason, preferring to help his friends by speaking rather than taking harsh action.
Residing next to his friendly personality, he is not above scorning others or being rude, but only if he feels he's been crossed in some way. It's not very often that Talon will willingly be hurtful towards another pack member unless he deems it necessary. This part of his persona takes the form of snark and sarcasm along with a bitter attitude.
