Fill out the below form as detailed and clearly as possible in your own thread. Make sure the title of your thread has your groups name. Allies will be accepted or declined on a case by case basis. If declined you're welcome to make a new thread and apply again unless stated otherwise. By allying with the pack there's quite a lot of things to consider and keep in mind so I suggest reading up on the information thread. You do not need all of the site options, but at least one is needed.
